Our islands are priced per square foot. The square foot cost includes the island and Biomix, a special soil mix. Shipping, installation, plants, and anchoring are not included in the price.
Islands can be custom built to any size, shape, thickness, and buoyancy.
Kidney-Shaped Island (Water Quality Improvement & Habitat Enhancement) 
- This organic shape blends in & looks great in any setting.
- Standard Islands are 8 inches thick and have 9 pounds/square foot of buoyancy. They can support small animals and plant life.
- Islands can be custom-built to any size and any shape upon request.
- Buoyancy can be adjusted to support different weights upon request.
- Wicking channels or plant holes are cut in either 2 1/2″ or 4″ diameter circles.
- Custom walkways and floating decks can also be ordered and built upon request.
Rectangular Island (Coastal Land Loss & Water Quality Improvement)
- This shape is fully modular, and can easily connect with other islands for greater effectiveness.
- Standard Islands are 8 inches thick and have 9 pounds/square foot of buoyancy. They can support small animals and plant life.
- Islands can be custom-built to any size and any shape upon request.
- Buoyancy can be adjusted to support different weights upon request.
- Wicking channels or plant holes are cut in either 2 1/2” or 4″ diameter circles.
- Custom walkways and floating decks can also be ordered and built upon request.
